A design subscription service offers businesses an ongoing partnership with skilled designers, providing access to various design services through a fixed recurring fee. Any of your design needs that are covered under our capabilities is something that you can ask us to do, we seriously want you to think of us as an extension of your team, not just another third party. Unsure if we can handle it? Do not hesitate to call us, we’d be happy to clear up any doubts.

We charge month-to-month for one task at a time. The resource assigned to you depends on the task at hand. If you need a wireframe done, we’d task it to our UX lead, if you need some social media assets, that’s when one of our illustrators will come in. We focus on the resourcing, so that you can just focus on what you need to.

While we are confident in our abilities and have the track record to prove it, we also are genuinely people-pleasers, so we’re not going to let work out the door if you’re not happy with it.

Please do request any style. If you’re struggling to find your style, our designers would be happy to get on a discovery call with you and whip up some moodboards to find out just what you’re into. No templates, unless requested by you.

It depends on what you need. Social graphics take an average of half a day to 3 days. UX and UI flows take an average for 5 - 20 days depending on the number of screen or pages.

We’re a big believer in not wasting your time, so we don’t schedule too many meetings. However, sometimes meetings are necessary and we get that. We’ve found a good balance in 1x cadence call per week. You will also have access to your own dashboard, where you can view updates on on-going tasks, set up tickets for future tasks, or start discussions with anyone from our team.

Of course. We know that every business has its busy period, as well as its quiet period. Pause at any time, and we’ll resume when you’re ready. When your account is paused, we consider it to be in a ‘Paused State’. Accounts can be in a paused state for up to 6 months before we consider the engagement terminated. If you need to cancel for any reason, that’s totally fine too. We’ll continue work until the end of your subscription period.

We’re very open to feedback. As an Otterate client, you will have direct communication lines to our entire C-Suite. If anything bothers you, we’ll work on it.
